1 Bucket List Highlight
One thing on my bucket list is to run a marathon. Even as a former college athlete, endurance running has never been my strong suit. In fact, I couldn’t tell you the last time I ran more than seven miles and let’s just say, I couldn’t walk for three days after. For me, this goal is as much a mental challenge as it is a physical one.
1 Adventure Idea
Commit to a 6-week challenge. Entrepreneur Bedros Keuilian swears by this approach and he tackles new challenges every year to push his limits and build discipline. Whether it’s fitness, reading, or skill development, pick something meaningful and go all in for six weeks. I highly encourage you to read more about it here.
